Default Cutting Brakes - Line Locks or Manual

I'm doing research on installing "Cutting Brakes". Has anyone done it recenly?Did you use two seperate line locks for the rear brakes or use two Emergency brakes handles? I think the duel line lock is the way to go because the manual emergency brake on my 04' Unlimited just isn't strong enough, as I've discovered while in Moab.
